Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Private consultations at 24K Pacific Heights are offered by reservation only.
A $150 non‑refundable reservation fee is required to request a private consultation. This fee secures dedicated time and preparation for your visit.
Reservation fees are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment cannot be accommodated.
Submission of a consultation request does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed appointment until acknowledged.
At our discretion, the reservation fee may be applied toward a same‑day purchase during your consultation.
